Sexual Offences Amendment Bill Proclaimed in July 2022

An Act to amend the Sexual Offences Act, Chap. 11:28   Act No. 14 of 2022 was proclaimed on 28th July 2022 which introduced two sexual offenders registers to be kept by the Commissioner of Police   “National Sex Offender Register” and the “Public Sex Offender Website”
