The Tobacco Control (Amendment) Regulations are intended to allow for the sole use of the sixteen health messages and images contained in the CARICOM Regional Organisation for Standards and Quality database instead of the twenty-four health messages and images contained in Schedule 1 of the Tobacco Control Regulations, 2013 are now in force.
